Holland’s will gladly replace any product that may be defective in workmanship or materials free of charge. If you order the wrong part and need to exchange it, we will send a replacement to you, just cover the shipping cost and return the wrong part for exchange. We do not accept parts that have been modified or damaged in any way shape or form. There is a 10% restocking fee unless agreed upon by Darrell or Rosita Holland, no exceptions.
We inventory a large quantity of all of our products. Shipping is normally done in 48 hours or less. Customers will be contacted via e-mail or phone if a product is back-ordered. Credit Cards are not charged until items are shipped.
